The New Era of AI-Driven Industrial Safety

FrankMec is spearheading the development of AI Human Pose Estimation systems for industrial safety. By integrating the TensorFlow machine learning framework with a regulate CCD industrial vision, we have developed advanced models capable of training on and recognizing complex human movements within factory environments.

Our system joints in real-time to identify postures such as standing, squatting, or reaching. This data is integrated with our core automation architectures—such as Bosch Rexroth’s ctrlX or Siemens PLC systems—to transform visual data into immediate safety protocols.

Scheduled for release in Q1 2026, this AI-Assisted Personnel Safety System offers a proactive sensing of safety sensors. It provides high-fidelity protection in machine operation and human-robot collaboration (HRC) zones. By combining SCADA visualization with decentralized data acquisition, we ensure that safety is no longer just a passive barrier, but an intelligent, responsive guardian for every worker on the floor.
