To meet these high-performance requirements, we have deployed the latest generation Mitsubishi MELSEC iQ-R series PLC as the core brain of the operation, showcasing our expertise in large-scale mechatronics integration.
This system is far more than a simple assembly of hardware; it is a precision computing and communication. The core highlights of our design include:
- Robust & Precise Drive Network: Leveraging the high-speed CC-Link and SSCNET communication protocols, we have successfully networked and driven dozens of J5 servo axes and high-end Mitsubishi inverters.
- Real-Time Distributed Control: To handle massive data throughput and complex computations, we integrate an optical fiber network that seamlessly interconnects 10 sets of iQ-R PLC CPUs. This solution not only achieves true real-time distributed control but also increases processing bandwidth and system fault tolerance.
- Advanced Motion Control: Tackling complex dynamic tasks head-on, we implemented high-level synchronized multi-axis control and fly cutting operations.
- Bridging Global Systems: We are actively validating the integration efficiency between Japanese (Mitsubishi) and European automation systems. We break down brand barriers to forge a solution that captures the best of both engineering worlds.
